With a first time pass rate of around 95% and many groups having 100% success, it is not often that people do not get their PMP the first time. However, it does happen and there are many reasons for it including workload at the job, personal problems or simply a bad day!
To date, we have never had a participant fail a second time. However, if this does happen, we will be happy to continue working with you or simply refund your course money if you wish.
